The abovementioned bathrooms have floors with iroko parquet and white porcelain tiles.

The adjoining barn has a pergola of 30m2 overlooking the swimming pool.

There are an independent entrance, kitchen with a living-room and bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a sitting area.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The units have 2 independents wi-fi connections.

The house and the barn are also equipped with a new security system.

The swimming pool has the size of 13x6 and is 1.8m deep. The pool edge is made of stone. The pool is enclosed with a hedge of laurel respecting the surrounding landscape. The pool is equipped with a shower and a foot-washer. Besides, it is equipped with 2 garages, one for the pump and sand cleaning, the other for a new chlorination system.
