One of the historical symbols of eighteenth-century Menaggio has been restored to its former glory thanks to skilful restorative care.
In the heart of the historic center of the famous lakeside city, a few steps from the lake square, this building is being renovated and divided into 9 charming apartments of various sizes.

The house dates back to the 1700s and has been completely restored with the aim of preserving and enhancing the decorations and architectural elements of the time.
The 3 levels of which the building is composed will be served by a lift.
All the units will be characterized by high-level finishes as well as the areas destined to the common parts for which the conservation and recovery of all the original elements is expected, including: the characteristic vaulted entrance gallery, the grand staircase in stone, the vaulted and decorated ceilings, the wooden coffers and the scenic historical nymphaeum located at the edge of the common garden.
Within the garden area there is an independent villa, with a private green area, with very contemporary finishes and materials.
Energy class from project: "A".
All housing units have private covered garages, cellars and two swimming pools with solarium inside the communal garden.

The property complex in question is subject to a monumental constraint; for this reason the technical characteristics and finishes of the units being sold will be communicated in the executive phase.
The Municipality of Menaggio is located in the central area of Lake Como, on the western shore, at the beginning of a wide valley that connects Menaggio to Lake Lugano. Already in the early 1800s it was discovered by the first vacationers, favored by its landscape qualities and a particularly mild climate.
The town consists of a center and three hamlets, Croce, Loveno and Nobiallo, and has about 3200 inhabitants.
Thanks to its central position, between the lake and the mountains, Menaggio is an ideal starting point for any type of excursion: by boat, by bus, by car, on foot or by mountain bike.
The Municipality of Menaggio boasts the presence of an exclusive 18-hole golf course, founded in 1907, a large Lido with beach, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, a public beach and various sports facilities.
