The house of the sun, so called for the work of Carlo Sbisà, a ceramic bas-relief located on the facade, which depicts the hours of the day, it was built in the early 1900s and renovated in the 1950s, by the Grubers Benco, a family of intellectuals and writers from Trieste. “The house, which was enchanted when I was little, was soon called the house of the sun and photographed by dozens of people in the summer.”
